Technical Skills :
Micro and nano fabrication: Cleanroom work experience - basic photolithography (including Maskless Aligner), thin-film deposition using Sputtering, metal and metal oxide deposition using Ebeam evaporator, Nanoparticle based thin-film synthesis in the MNRF (Micro Nano Research Facility, RMIT), MNTF (Micro Nano Teaching Facility RMIT) and ALD at the Melbourne Centre for Nano fabrication, Clayton, Melbourne
Spectroscopy and microscopy techniques: Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), X-Ray powder Diffraction (XRD), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, ellipsometry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in MNRF and RMMF facilities, RMIT University.
Hands on experience on Electrical and optical characterisations of electronic and optoelectronic devices.
Knowledge and hands on experience with the usage of Four-point probe and Keithley 4200 SCS semiconductor parameter analyser.
Software skills: COMSOL Multiphysics, Google Sketchup, EndNote, Klayout, and LaTeX.
Programming skills: MATLAB, C programming, and basic programming for Arduino and microcontroller.
Outreach and Communication Activities :

Participated in organising conferences and workshops as an organising committee member including TMOS student and ECR conference (2020, Australia), ICEEE (2015 and 2017, Bangladesh)
During PhD candidature, participated in outreach activities such as tours and demonstrations to schools students and training new PhD students in micro/nano-fabrications (photolithography, E-beam deposition, and sputtering) and characterisations (UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, electrical and optical testing) of electronic devices during 2020-2021.
