Biography

Dr Splink are a 5 piece stage show coming from The South West playing an original blend of ska, reggae, and funky punk. They have been compared to The Blockheads, Madness, Dr Feelgood and The Stranglers. Some of the band have been performing together for over 15 years and as Dr Splink for the last 10 years.

Dr Splink released their first album 'Side Effects' in April 2020, Then in 2024 released EP: Wonky Chompers. In 2025, they also released their live album 'The Great Medicine Show'.

Dr Splink have supported great act such as The Blockheads, The Undercover Hippies, Ruts  DC, Monkey, The Neville Staple Band, Barefoot Bandits, Monkey Bizzle, Eat The Rich and many more.

Dr Splink have blown the roof at The Phoenix, Exeter and both The Fleece & The Chelsea Inn (Bristol), Specialized International Ska Festival, Beautiful Days (Little Big Top x 2), Bearded Theory (Convoy Cabaret) Outcider, Incider, Cursus, Love Summer, Kindred Spirit x 2, Naughty Corner, One Love, Hawkfest, Workingclasstonbury, Crimson Orchard, Home Farm, Alice’s Wicked Tea Party, Feral Fest, Surplus, Bradnich, Exmouth, & Witheridge Festivals.
