Design of High-performance preamplifier IC for Cochlear Implants 

This microphone preamplifier is designed to meet the specifications for incorporating it into the cochlear implant system. The AFE is designed for both the speech and full audio range bandwidth(20Hz-20kHz). There is a feature of selecting the bandwidth to reduce the power. 

Block diagram of Whole cochlear implant is shown above along with microphone preamplifier design, the gain plot and finnally tapeout in SCL180nm technology.

This is my M. Tech Final year project, starting from design to tapeout, which was done by me.
