Educational Leader | Teacher Educator | Administrator | Curriculum Innovator

With over 17 years of experience across schools, colleges, and educational institutions, I have journeyed from classrooms to leadership, driven by a passion for shaping minds and building inclusive learning spaces.

As the Principal of Aishabai College of Education (2016–2023), I wore multiple hats: educator, mentor, editor, organiser, and innovator—teaching core pedagogical subjects and managing initiatives like community work, internships, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Prior to that, my roles as an assistant professor at Royal College and N.M.F. College of Education refined my expertise in curriculum design, inclusive education, educational management, and teacher training. I've designed and delivered a wide spectrum of B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses with a focus on equity, technology, and reflective teaching.

My early years in education—from curriculum development and teacher training at institutions like Tree House Education and Rahul Group to teaching mathematics and science at leading schools—gave me a strong foundation in student engagement and classroom innovation.
