Our group pioneers research in Ferroelectrics, Thin Films, and Advanced Materials for sustainable technology. Selected students will contribute to our flagship project:
Main Theme: "Freestanding Ferroelectric Films for Transparent Flexible Electronics"
Key Materials:
HfO₂-based thin films for memory and energy storage.
Plastic crystals and hybrid materials for electrocaloric cooling.
CIPS–rGO heterostructures for flexible sensors and capacitors.

Eligibility: Students pursuing B.Sc./B.S./M.Sc./M.S. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanoscience, or related fields.

Students will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment:
IASST's Central Facility (SAIC): Access to TEM, SEM, XRD, AFM, UV-Vis, Raman Spectroscopy and more.
Our Lab Equipment: Dedicated tools for thin-film research, including spin-coaters, UV–Ozone cleaners, and electrical characterization setups.
Mentorship: Receive direct training and mentorship in a collaborative environment.
