A scholar of ancient cultures and civilizations
Dr. Paul M. Willette is a historical archeologist who has a deep reverence for the rise and fall of ancient civilizations. His field, which is a subdiscipline of archeology, deals with societies, cultures, and civilizations that have already been documented from around 500 to 600 years ago. Like most archeologists, historical archeologists join searches to usually compare what they have discovered with written history and oral tradition.
In his years of working as a scholar of ancient civilizations and cultures, Dr. Paul M. Willette considers the Tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi, Teotihuacán, Moche ruins, Petra, and Acropolis of Athens as his favorite archeological sites. During his free time, Dr. Willette enjoys the outdoors as well as sports such as swimming. He considers Johann Sebastian Bach and Claude Debussy as his favorite classical music composers.
