A good DRP project is any topic that:
interests you,
isn't part of the standard undergrad math curriculum, and
can be learned in a single semester.
Your DRP project should be chosen in consultation with your mentor.
Roughly 3 hours: 1 hour for the video call with your mentor, and 2 hours for the independent work outside the video call.
As of this semester, it's not possible to receive course credit for the DRP, or have the DRP appear on your transcript.
