Working at a research-oriented university has allowed me to fully engage in a productive academic life, encompassing teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities. Over the past decade, I have found a balance between lecturing, conducting research, and fulfilling administrative duties. The extent to which I can dedicate myself to teaching and research depends on the workload associated with my administrative role.
While serving as an administrative leader at the university, pursuing independent research has presented challenges. Typically, lecturers collaborate within research teams that can span multiple disciplines and involve partnerships across universities and even countries. Occasionally, they also delve into individual research projects based on their personal interests.
Since 2011, I have been heavily involved with Ministerial Digital Transformation Advisory and subsequently held the position of Vice President for Scientific Affairs at the university. However, starting in January 2016, I have had more time to devote to research. As a result, I am eager to explore new ideas and engage in collaborative research endeavors on topics that are mutually interesting. Additionally, I am available to supervise graduate or postgraduate students in their research pursuits. Please feel free to reach out to me for further discussion.

لهزانكۆ وانهبێژانیش توێژینهوه ئهنجام دهدهن. ههندێك جار به شێوهی تیمی توێژینهوه كاردهكهن كه لهوانهیه تیمێكی فره بوار بێت، یاخود به هاریكاری له گهڵ زانكۆكانی تر یان له گهڵ زانكۆی وڵاتانی تر، یاخود ههر وانه بێژێك بهتهنیا توێژینهوه لهسهر بابهتێك ئهنجام دهدات بهپێی ئارهزوومهندی خۆی.
من له ساڵی (2011) هوه سهرقاڵی كاری ڕاوێژكاری تایبهت به تهكنهلۆژیای زانیاری سهر به وهزارهتی خوێندنی باڵا بووم و دوای ئهوهش وهك جێگری سهرۆكی زانكۆ بۆ كاروباری زانستی كارم دهكرد . بهڵام له مانگی كانوونی دووهمی 2016 هوه كاتم زیاتره و دهتوانم كاتێكی زۆرتر تهرخان بكهم بۆ توێژینهوه، من ئامادهییم تیایه بۆ وهرگرتنی بیرۆكهی نوێ و ئهنجامدانی توێژینهوهی هاوبهش له سهر بابهتی بایهخ دوولایهنهو سهرپهرشتی كردنی توێژینهوهی دهرچووانی زاتكۆ و خوێندكارانی خوێندنی باڵا. تكایه پهیوهندیم پێوه بكهن. له خوارهوه دهتوانن ههندێ لهو بوارانهی كه من بایهخیان پێ دهدهم ببینن لهگهڵ لیستی ههڵبژاردهی ههندێك له بڵاوكراوه كانم.
