For our 30-minute Drone Assembly presentation, the gym is staged like a mini flight arena. A central projector screen anchors the space, giving everyone a clear view of visuals and live footage during the talk. In front of the screen, three display tables showcase drones, components, and tools—giving students and guests a close-up look at the technology. On either side of the gym, we set up obstacle course areas where drones can zip, weave, and hover through real-time flight demos. The layout keeps the audience engaged from every angle, blending presentation, hands-on displays, and high-energy flying into one unforgettable experience.
