Students participating in the STEM Fundamentals Drone Camp from June 17th - July 24th completed a self-evaluation survey in which they read nine Likert-scale statements and replied to each statement with either 1 for TRUE BEFORE camp, 2 for TRUE NOW that camp is over, or 3 for FALSE (they still do not know).

FAA Part 107 Prep Course - It's Online and open to everyone.
This course on Drone Operations and Safety offers an in-depth exploration into the rapidly evolving world of unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Designed for both novice and experienced drone pilots, this course covers essential topics such as airspace classification, weather and micrometeorology, crew resource management (CRM), and the latest FAA regulations under Part 107. Participants will gain hands-on experience in managing drone performance and loading, effective battery management, and understanding the impact of environmental factors on flight operations. The course also emphasizes the importance of clear communication and teamwork, providing students with the skills needed to operate drones safely and efficiently in a variety of scenarios, including night operations and advanced flight missions.
