We need to talk about mental health more in academia...too many people are struggling and change starts with acceptance, conversations and removing the stigma. I completed the ENSA first aid course as a first step to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace. I fully believe that academia should be about enriching the mind, not sacrificing it.
