OUT OF POCKET PAY:

 Below is our out-of-pocket pricing for basic visits in our office.

• Routine eye examinations $100 for established patients (patients that we have seen in the last 3 years). $120 for new patient examinations (or patients that we have not seen in 3+ years).

• Routine eye exams & contact lens fittings $165-205

• Office visits (problems) $40-$80 out of pocket OR your specialist copay on your medical insurance card

WALK IN APPOINTMENTS:

We are currently not taking walk in appointments. If you feel like you are having an eye emergency, please call us 804-401-8915.

We start taking patients at the age of 7.
