Project Title: Advanced Computation and Distributed Control Framework for Hybrid AC–DC Distribution Network

Role: Principal Investigator
Brief Description: This project focuses on developing an advanced computational and distributed control framework for hybrid AC–DC distribution networks to enable accurate load flow analysis, optimal power flow, coordinated control of distributed energy resources, net-load smoothing, and voltage support for future resilient smart distribution systems.
Project Title: Design and Control of VSG-Based Green Hydrogen Integrated Renewable Energy System with Islanding and Re-synchronization Capability
Funding Agency: Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India)
Duration: 2026–2028
Role: Co-Principal Investigator
Brief Description: This project develops control strategies for VSG-based renewable energy systems integrated with green hydrogen production, enabling seamless islanding, re-synchronization, and improved grid resilience through India–USA research collaboration.
