UAE Theory Test
This page explains how to delete your account and the data attached to it. Host it at a public URL and give that URL to Google Play as the "Delete account URL".
Most people who use UAE Theory Test never create one. The app works completely signed out, and if you never signed in there is nothing on our servers to delete — everything is on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
You only have an account if you entered your email address and signed in.
Email ideastech1@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account.
That is the whole process. We reply to confirm, and the deletion is done within 30 days — usually the same week.
We ask you to write from the address you signed in with because that is the only thing tying the account to you. If you no longer have access to it, say so in the email and tell us roughly when you used the app, and we will work it out with you.
Everything we hold:
Your email address and the account itself
Your answer history — which questions you answered, whether you got them right, and when
Your mock exam results
Any messages you sent through "Report a problem", and our replies
Nothing is kept afterwards. There is no archive copy and no retention period — once it is deleted it is gone, and we cannot restore it if you change your mind.
If you would rather start fresh without losing the account, email the same address and ask us to clear my history. We delete the answer records and mock results and leave the account itself in place.
Deleting the account does not touch the copy on your device. That copy is yours and we cannot reach it. To clear it:
Settings → Reset progress removes every answer and mock result on the phone, or
uninstall the app, which removes everything it stored.
If you want to keep a copy of your progress before clearing it, use Settings → Backup first — it produces a block of text you can paste back later on any phone.
