App: DriveCast for iPhone and CarPlay
Contact: contact@adxsdk.com
By downloading or using DriveCast you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DriveCast on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms. DriveCast is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not given to you here.
DriveCast can show video on a car display. Video is for use while parked. Never watch or operate video while driving. Your car and Apple's CarPlay decide whether video is available. DriveCast does not detect when you are driving and does not bypass any vehicle restriction. You are responsible for following all traffic laws and your vehicle maker's guidance. Do not use DriveCast in any way that distracts you from driving.
DriveCast plays media that you import or link to. You are responsible for it.
You must own the content or have the right to use and play it.
DriveCast does not download, unlock, copy or decrypt content from other services, and it does not remove copy protection.
You must not use DriveCast to infringe anyone's rights or to break any law.
We do not host your media and we cannot see it. We are not responsible for what you play.
DriveCast includes a web browser. Websites and media hosts you reach are not ours. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Whether a website's own video player offers AirPlay, and whether protected video can be played or cast, is decided by that website.
Transcripts are produced automatically by Apple's speech technology and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for anything important. Car Doctor and compatibility checks are general guidance. They cannot promise that a file will play in your car.
DriveCast is free to use with a limited library. DriveCast Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks an unlimited library. The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue them.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell DriveCast, except where the law lets you. You must not remove notices, interfere with the app's operation, or use it to harm others.
DriveCast, its name, icon, design and code belong to us or our licensors. Apple, CarPlay, AirPlay, Siri, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. DriveCast is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Your content stays yours.
How DriveCast handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on the App Store page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using DriveCast at any time by deleting it. We may end or limit your licence if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 3, 5, 8, 11 and 12, will continue.
DriveCast is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or work with every car, accessory, file or iOS version. Features that need a newer iOS, such as transcripts, are not available on older versions.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from your use of DriveCast, including any accident or injury connected with using video while driving. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for DriveCast in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow the limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Gujarat,India have jurisdiction, except that you may have mandatory consumer rights in the place where you live.
