Because of the nature of our products, we take returns. It is therefore important that customers select their spices and confirm before payment that all information is correct.
We only accept products when they are defective or damaged. Should you want to return them for other reasons kindly email to: DriThyme@gmail.com.
In the event the customer wants to return the product, it can ONLY be accepted if it's still sealed and in original packaging. After which the customer will ship the products at their own costs to the supplier, and also be shipped back by the supplier at the customer's expense if found the supplier was not at fault.
We can only credit customers on the products that were damaged or defective, but no cash refunds.
