I am a labour economist interested in research on gender inequality in employment and wages, gender norms, youth employment and family policies. I am the Vice-President of the Board at the Institute for Structural Research (IBS), Warsaw, Poland, Associate Professor and head of the Department of Economics I at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Research Fellow at the IZA@LISER.
