1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Driffix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of Driffix, including the mobile application available on iOS and Android, and the web/desktop version.

2. Description of Service

Driffix is a cinematic pan and animation tool that allows users to create camera pan animations from still images and export them as video files. The App operates entirely on your device or browser — no images or projects are uploaded to our servers.

Driffix is offered under a freemium model:

- **Free tier:** access to core features with certain limitations

- **Premium subscription:** full access to all features including video export, additional scenes, and effects

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

- All activity that occurs under your account

- Providing accurate and current information during registration

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Driffix offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are presented clearly before purchase.

4.2 Billing

- **Mobile app:** subscriptions are billed through the platform you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and payments are processed according to their billing terms.

- **Web/desktop version:** subscriptions are billed through Gumroad, and payments are processed according to their respective billing terms.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store/Google Play account settings (mobile), or through your Gumroad account (web/desktop).

4.4 Refunds

- **Mobile app:** refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

- **Web/desktop version:** refund requests are handled according to the refund policy stated on our Gumroad product page at the time of purchase.

We do not process refunds directly.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all images you load into Driffix and all video files you export. We do not claim any rights over your content.

5.2  Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you load into the App. By using Driffix, you represent and warrant that:

- You own the images you use, or have obtained the necessary licenses or permissions

- Your use of images does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

- Your exported content does not violate any applicable laws

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

Driffix, its logo, interface, code, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Driffix to:

- Create content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights

- Create illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App

- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

- Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or paywalls

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Driffix, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy points:

- Images you load are processed entirely on your device or browser and are never uploaded to our servers

- We collect minimal personal data — only what is necessary for account creation and subscription management, including your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information (name and email) shared by Google

- We use Supabase for authentication and account management, and to store your subscription tier (free or pro) linked to your account

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Driffix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses

- The results obtained from using the App will meet your requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Driffix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Driffix at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
