This Privacy Policy explains how Driffix ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our cinematic pan and animation tool. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. It applies to all versions of Driffix, including the mobile application and the web/desktop version.

2. Information We Collect

Driffix is designed to process your images and video projects entirely on your device or browser. We do not upload, store, or access your images, video projects, or exported files on our servers.

We do collect limited information in connection with account creation and subscription management:

- Email address, when you create an account with email and password

- Basic profile information (name and email address) from Google, if you choose to sign in with Google

- An encrypted password, securely managed by our authentication provider, Supabase

- Your subscription tier (free or pro), linked to your account

- Purchase confirmation details (such as your email address) passed to us by our payment processors (Gumroad, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store) when you subscribe

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only to:

- Create and manage your account

- Authenticate you when you sign in

- Determine and apply your subscription tier and the features available to you

- Communicate with you about your account, such as significant changes to our Terms or this Policy

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Driffix:

- **Supabase** — for authentication and secure storage of account and subscription-tier data

- **Google Sign-In** — if you choose to log in with your Google account, Google shares basic profile information with us as part of that process

- **Apple App Store / Google Play Store** — for processing mobile subscription payments; we do not receive or store your payment card details

- **Gumroad /** — for processing web/desktop subscription payments; we do not receive or store your payment card details

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your images, video projects, and exported files remain on your device or browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Account data (email address and subscription tier) is stored securely by Supabase, our authentication provider, using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted password storage.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings, which will remove your account data, including your email address and subscription tier, from our systems. Because your images and projects are never uploaded to our servers, deleting your account has no effect on files stored locally on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Driffix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise these rights directly through your account settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Driffix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
