Dr. G's Software Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting 

your privacy. This Privacy Statement ("Statement") explains how we collect, 

use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Dr. G's QBO 

Estimate Builder with O'Reilly Auto (the "Application"). 

Please read this Privacy Statement carefully. By installing, accessing, or 

using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this 

Statement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Statement, 

please do not use the Application.

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS AND COLLECT

As an integration tool connecting Intuit QuickBooks Online ("QBO") and 

O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. ("O'Reilly Auto"), the Application interacts 

with business and financial data. We categorize this information as follows:

  (a) Credentials and Authentication Data: To connect the Application to your 

      QBO and O'Reilly Auto accounts, you must provide authentication details 

      (such as API keys, account numbers, login credentials, or OAuth tokens). 

      These tokens and credentials are encrypted and stored locally on your 

      system or securely in your designated application environment to maintain 

      the active connection.

  (b) Transactional and Operational Data: When building estimates, the 

      Application processes parts descriptions, part numbers, pricing, 

      quantities, and labor details from O'Reilly Auto, alongside customer 

      names, IDs, and existing estimate formats from QBO. This data is 

      processed in-memory ("volatile memory") to execute the specific automated 

      workflow requested by you.

  (c) Technical and Log Data: We may collect limited, non-identifying technical 

      information sent by your device during application execution. This 

      includes application version, operating system type, success/failure 

      status of integration syncs, and error logs used exclusively for 

      troubleshooting.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information processed by the Application solely to:

  * Facilitate, execute, and automate the creation of financial estimates 

    between your O'Reilly Auto and QuickBooks Online accounts.

  * Verify your authorized access to the third-party integrations.

  * Provide technical support and diagnose software bugs or errors.

  * Maintain, optimize, and improve the performance of the Application.

WE DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or lease your business, customer, or financial 

data to third parties. We do not use your financial data for marketing or 

profiling purposes.

3. DATA RETENTION AND ARCHITECTURE

Our software architecture prioritizes data minimization:

  * In-Memory Processing: The underlying customer databases, parts catalogs, 

    and transaction logs are passed dynamically between your O'Reilly Auto and 

    QuickBooks Online accounts. We do not maintain centralized cloud databases 

    that store your historic financial transaction histories.

  * Local Control: Any application configuration settings, preferences, or 

    encrypted access tokens are stored within your controlled environment or 

    local hardware, meaning you retain control over deletion.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will only share or disclose information processed by the Application in the 

following limited circumstances:

  * Third-Party Service Providers: Data is shared directly with Intuit Inc. 

    (QBO) and O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. to perform the core operational 

    syncing functions you initiate.

  * Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, 

    subpoena, or court order, or to defend our legal rights and protect the 

    safety of our users.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We employ industry-standard security measures designed to protect your 

authentication data and transactional paths. All communications executed by the 

Application between your local environment, QuickBooks Online, and O'Reilly Auto 

are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) 

protocols. 

However, please be aware that no security system is completely impenetrable, and 

the overall security of your data also depends on the security practices of your 

local operating environment, network architecture, Intuit Inc., and O'Reilly Auto.

6. THIRD-PARTY POLICIES AND COMPLIANCE

The Application bridges two distinct external platforms. This Privacy Statement 

applies strictly to Dr. G's QBO Estimate Builder. We encourage you to review the 

individual privacy policies of the third-party platforms with whom you maintain 

independent accounts:

  * Intuit QuickBooks Online Privacy Statement

  * O'Reilly Auto Parts Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data security, or content of 

these third-party entities.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You maintain total control over your data environment:

  * Connection Revocation: You can disconnect the Application from your QBO or 

    O'Reilly Auto accounts at any time by revoking API access permissions or 

    OAuth tokens within your respective corporate accounts.

  * Application Uninstallation: Uninstalling the Application removes locally 

    cached configurations and encrypted local tokens from your operating system.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Statement at any time to 

reflect changes in our software workflows, legal obligations, or API compliance 

standards. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the 

most recent revision. Your continued use of the Application following updates 

indicates your acceptance of the revised Statement.
