This program development information provides an overview of the development process I used when creating the fully online Master of Arts in Professional Communication program in collaboration with other colleagues. I am currently director of this program as well. The section below this overviews special projects developed at the university wide level in my role as part of the Faculty Senate Leadership Team and my collaborative participation in creating a public and professional writing major for the English department (launch ongoing). The final section highlights professional consulting work in the areas of professional communication and social media I perform on a contractual basis.
