Use search to find them
Click on the contact's name
Click View Profile
Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom: Delete Contact
HOW TO HAVE MULTIPLE EVENTS HOSTED BY YOU:
Simplified! These instructions include a personalized link.
Step 1: go to your retail website (i.e. norwex.com/louisadykstra) and create a contact with a name that describes how you'll use that account, including identifying yourself:
Example First Name: Louisa Joy Last Name: Rewards Club
Address: Yrs
Email: needs to be a unique email not already in the Norwex system. Doesn't have to be a real one but it's easiest if it is.
(Hint: with gmail you can add a plus sign and any word or number at the end of your email and it still delivers to your email. So if your actual email is firstlastname @gmail you can use firstlastname+club @gmail and the Norwex system will recognize it as unique, but emails will still be delivered to you.)
Step 2: Click Norwex Perks (top right) and scroll down to their link. Click Personalize Link. Example: norwex.com/LouisaRewardsClub(It will tell you if something is taken.)
Step 3: Go to your Consultant Backoffice and Create an event using Create Contact, entering the exact same details you used in Sept 1. with that contact as host. Choose your date (for when the club ends) and time and hit create an event.
NOTE: If one of your events is a Mystery Host party, when it's time to send the rewards, change the shipping address of the Mystery Host contact to your winner and spend the perks rewards through that account.

Keep in mind with this method to spend your perks earned you would go to create a new customer order >select the contact >add items to the cart and apply your perks.
If you create a customer account linked to that event not only can you customize your link but you can also spend the perks direct under that account too.
HOW TO CLOSE A PARTY FOR YOUR HOST:
The system is designed so that you don't have to do anything to close a party, the rewards appear in the host's customer account and they use them to place their own order.
If you want to do it for them, here's the process:
Go to Orders
Create new customer order
Choose your host’s name
It will show their earned product credit, free shipping and items at 50% off

Free shipping on orders of $99 and above.
$10 off for new customers on orders of $99 and above (exclusive to new customers with new email addresses in your system).

Excited to dive in? Remember, these Shop Offers are a perk for consultants with Office Suite access. They come directly from your 35% commission and can be easily managed. Just head to your dashboard, click on your profile picture, go to Profile and Settings, and select Office Suite. Toggle your Shop Offers on or off effortlessly.
Here's a pro tip: If activated, anyone visiting your website can enjoy these perks. They'll appear in the shopping cart once items are added. Keep in mind that Norwex may update these offers, so it's a good idea to stay in the loop. And yes, if all Shop Offers are on, customers can apply them all when they meet the minimum order threshold.
HOW CUSTOMERS CHOOSE PREFERRED CONSULTANT

Several of my team members are doing drawings in their VIP group for customers that create an account and post a screenshot showing us as their preferred consultant.
MISSING EMAILS:
Order notification emails from the new system have all shown up in my spam. I went into my spam folder and marked everything I found as "not spam" and I'm hoping that will fix it going forward.
HOW TO FIND YOUR CATALOG!
Each catalog is personalized now under your site, as it's interactive and people can order directly from the catalog now!
Sign into your back office
hover on your picture/Norwex icon in the top right - Click your NEW website
Click "Shop my catalog"
click on the catalog itself
Down the left side of the catalog now appears icons- The last one (hover over it) will say "Share"
Click "Copy" and away you go!
