That really depends on a variety of factors. One factor is how many people I have ahead of you. Another factor is the size and quality of the commission you're getting. An 8.5" x 11" sketch is gonna take a lot less time than an 18" x 18" painting.
Depends on part availability and what I have on my plate. I try to handle as much as I can but understand that things take time and I am a one-person operation.
I don't have a set schedule, but I typically work after my part-time job and occasionally on weekends. I also do work on holidays.
That depends on where the item is being shipped to. If its local, it's free because I'll just drop it off or you can come pick it up. It also depends on the weight and rate of the shipping and who we're going through. I live that up to you. I can generate shipping labels and tracking numbers for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Anything else will be extra just because I have to put in more work to get the shipping labels.

I do, but they cost much more because now you're bumping other people out of the way. I also won't take Rush Orders if my Queue is full. Your Rush Order will take Priority, however. Note: with a Rush Order, it is up to YOU to purchase the type of shipping. I can get your order done as fast as feasible, but if you go flat shipping, that's gonna be 7-10 business days depending. So if you need it soon, get overnight. Rush Orders are expensive for a reason. Also to note, I will try to get things done as fast as possible on a Rush Order, but I'm not a miracle worker. If you need an 18" x 18" painting, I'm gonna need a 2-week notice.
