• Apple ID information provided through Sign in with Apple (we only receive the information that you explicitly authorize Apple to share)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality

• Process your transactions via Apple's payment system

• Send you important notices about the App through Apple's notification system

• Your data is stored using Apple's CloudKit and CoreData technologies

• We do not have direct access to your personal data stored in CloudKit or CoreData

• OpenAI API: We use OpenAI's API to generate responses in the App. We do not share your personal information with OpenAI and have not opted into any data sharing programs with OpenAI.

• Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting and maintenance.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your information through the App settings

• Opt-out of communications by adjusting your device notification settings

• Request deletion of your account data by contacting us

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will delete or anonymize your information upon request or when no longer needed.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
