Dr. Bogale (S'09-M'14-SM'19) is an assistant professor at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (NC A&T) state university, department of Electrical and Computer Engineering since January 2019. Prior to joining the NC A&T, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Institute National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), Montreal, from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2018 and University of Western Ontario (UWO) London, Canada from Nov. 2014 to Dec. 2018 (Jointly funded during the overlapped period). He has received a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Jimma University, Ethiopia. From 2004 to 2007, he was working in Ethio Telecom, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He received MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Karlstad University, Sweden, and University Catholique de Louvain (UCL), Louvain la neuve, Belgium in 2008 and 2013, respectively.
