DRAW A CHILD - COMMUNICATION

It is your responsibility as a participant:

to keep track of the assignments, instructions from the faculty team, and the participation of your team in the group space.
to plan and organize your time and activities in order to deliver on or before their due dates.
to get your teammates' contact information and establish a line of communication with them in order to organize and plan the delivery of the collaborative activity on time.
to keep a respectful, honest, and professional attitude towards the work of your team as well as with the faculty team.

In the collaborative activities, it is the responsibility of each member:

to keep a collaborative attitude with teammates and learn from them.
to make sure your contributions are active, critical, analytical, and reflective. What you say in each contribution must go further than a superficial comment.

During this collaborative experience, you will be using some technological applications that will enhance your learning process.
The tools will be easily accessed through this platform.

Padlet is a wonderful way to introduce yourself during the ICEBREAKER and to exchange ideas. Once you join this Free platform you may add your work to padlet by clicking the plus sign on the lower right corner.

Slack is a collaboration hub that connects you with your classmates via mobile device or computer. Download Slack for Google play or Slack for Mac

You will need to Sign Up.

Please make sure you received the invitation and follow the steps to join the workspace:
Check the Slack email invitation, Click on Join Now
Confirm your name and set a password, Click on Create Account
After this, you will be redirected to the application in its web version.

Or via WhatsApp You will need the country code and phone number.
Please email your group to find the best possible communication hub.

ZOOM VIRTUAL MEETINGS

Zoom is a web conferencing platform that allows high-definition video calls with some features like desktop sharing, whiteboard, chat, and video call recording. You can access it from anywhere using your computer or mobile device. You will be using Zoom to collaborate with your international peers.

If you decide to meet with your team via Zoom, we recommend that you take the following into account:
Install the latest version from the official site (zoom.us/download) * Latest version (5.11.4)
For each of your meetings with your team, schedule a different Zoom session and preferably add a password
Invite only your teammates, but don't do it publicly. You can share the link and password via Slack or email participants to identify themselves when connecting (Use the "rename" option if necessary)
Enable the waiting room so that you can only admit those you have invited
Once everyone is connected, lock the session you consider it necessary, notify your colleagues that the session will be recorded.
Record the session in the cloud or on your local disk to later share it in a Google Drive space or another cloud storage option.
Note: the sessions in the free version last 40 minutes. For team meetings, if you consider that you require more time for your meeting, we suggest you schedule two sessions in a row. At the end of the first session, they can immediately enter the next meeting to continue with their meeting.
