Annette Vincent facilitates a range of workshops focused on fostering inclusion and addressing the social dimensions of ESG. These include Interrupting Microaggressions, Restorative Practices, Entering Mentoring, Unconscious Bias, Reducing Bias in Hiring Practices, and Bystander Awareness and Intervention. Each workshop is designed to provide practical tools for individuals and organizations to create more inclusive, equitable, and supportive environments by recognizing and addressing problematic behaviors, fostering positive relationships, and promoting accountability across diverse settings.
Beyond academia, Annette Vincent is a volunteer trainer with AWARE, a leading organization in Singapore dedicated to gender equality and women's rights. In this capacity, she facilitates workshops empowering participants with skills and insights to promote gender equity and inclusiveness in their own communities. Her work with AWARE underscores her commitment to driving societal change and personal empowerment on a global scale.
