Multivariate Calculus (V. F22)
Welcome to my Multivariate Calculus course which I developed while at Purdue University Fort Wayne. The material is found below in each of the weekly modules. The textbook, a description of the course, and an outline of the course structure is found below that.
Textbook
Briggs, Cochran, Gillet, and Schulz: Calculus: Early Transcendentals, 3rd edition, Pearson
This course covers chapters 13-17 of this text.
I typically assign online homework assignments using Pearson MyLab that goes along with this text. However, there are a number of excellent practice problems at the end of each section and review questions at the end of each chapter. Since you likely do not have access to the MyLab homework questions, please use these for practice.
Description
This is the final semester of a three-semester course in Calculus. In this course we apply analytic geometry to solids, develop calculus for vectors in R2 and R3, and study partial derivatives and multiple integrals.
