It is the commissioner’s responsibility to read the terms & conditions and to make sure that they understand the conditions of purchase, use, and payment prior to commissioning the artist. It is not the artist’s job to ensure that the commissioner had read the terms & conditions, and it is assumed that the commissioner has done so prior to commissioning the artist.
Please read all information provided and if you have any questions or concerns, please make them before making any purchases as I will be requesting payment upfront.

Terms:
Payment will be in USD through PayPal.
I will typically post my Commissions on DeviantArt, but if you prefer me not to post, please specify in a DM!
Simple sketches, lined, and colored works of Full-body or Busts will require full payment upfront. Complexed works with backgrounds will require half payment upfront and the final payment when the sketch is agreed to by the commissioner.
I will provide a number of sketches depending on specifics of what you request. I will not draw more than 3 if necessary, so it helps to be as specific as possible!
You can't change what you want your commission to be after approving the sketch and sending payment. However, I may accept small edits.
You can send me your character(s) to commission or if you would like a design commission made, you can contact me in DMs on Discord, email, or DeviantArt with details!
References are a requirement. I will not draw a character from description UNLESS it is a design commission. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHARACTER REFERENCE IS AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE. I cannot guarantee satisfaction if a character does not look 100% accurate if I am not given a full-body, side and front view of character's body, face, or backside. If you do not have this detailed reference, be AS DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE when describing your character.
I have a full-time job so I do not work on a specific time schedule. I will complete the commission in as timely of a manner as possible. Sometimes it may take me a day to finish a commission, sometimes it may take me up to a week, sometimes a couple weeks depending on what is going on, but be aware that sometimes I will not have a specific deadline unless it is specified per urgency of the commissioner.
I will try to accommodate for birthday gifts or other gifts in general, but cannot guarantee.
I ALWAYS will put my watermark on my artwork. This is to ensure that my identity is tagged onto the artwork.
Any form of disregard for the terms & conditions may result in a turn-away, and the commissioner may be prohibited from commissioning me in the future if the situation is of a high enough level of severity and thus, blacklisted.

Refunds?
If the artwork has been started, it may not be possible for the commissioner to receive a full refund. The amount that is refunded will depend on how much progress has been made by the artist. Please contact the artist as soon as possible if a refund may be needed.
Please consider that the best opportunity to be refunded is if you should change your mind about a commission only during the process of confirming a sketch.
You can be refunded in full if a sketch has not been started. If a sketch is confirmed, I will only refund the amount paid upfront if it originally a complexed commission.
I will not refund after a product is finished.
A refund can be made if no progress has been made on the commission for a period of at least 1 month.
The Commissioner IS Allowed To:
Repost the artwork with clear credit.
Use the artwork as banners, PFPs, etc.
The Commissioner is NOT Allowed To:
Refuse to give credit if work is reposted.
Remove the watermark from the artwork.
Claim the artwork as their own.
Use commissioned artwork in an inappropriate or offensive manner, to deface the artist’s name, or promote political agendas/offensive stances in the community.
Set the artwork up for redistribution, sell it as NFTs or use it for AI training or anything related to it.
