Rules for Purchasing Adopts from Me:

Please note the rules for my commissions as well, as some rules will also apply here when it comes to ethical transactions and payment.
Prices will be posted with the advertisement.
You cannot claim the design(s) as your own.
You may edit/change aspects about the design once purchased, including accessories, markings, gender, colors, etc. After so, you still cannot claim the original design as your own work.
Payment is expected within 48 hours (2 Days) after commenting interest in a design/character. I will hold it for that timeframe, but if payment is not fulfilled, I will open the adoptable out to public again. I will hold Adoptables for those who specify a date that they are to be paid, if more than 48 hours is to pass. (For example: A commenter states on a Monday that they cannot pay for the adoptable until the upcoming Friday, then I will be willing to hold it until then. If they do not update me by that Friday, then the adoptable is open to the public again.)
Payments will be in USD unless specified otherwise (ex.: Points on DA).
Payments will be made through PayPal.
I will post my Adoptables on DeviantArt unless specified otherwise.
Violation or disregard for any rules listed on my Adoptables and Commissions may result in being Blacklisted.
Once an adoptable is purchased from me, I am no longer associated with the adoptable and what is done with it beyond recognition as the original creator of the design. I will respect that I cannot police what happens to an adopt after it is sold. Once payment is exchanged, the character is yours to use.
If an adoptable I have created is being used for NSFW purposes or explicit content, I cannot control that. A buyer is able to do what they wish with the character after purchase. However, my accounts are not typically associated with NSFW content and thus just because any adoptables I make that ARE used for NSFW purposes does not mean I am immediately involved in NSFW content-making.
HOWEVER. If I am informed of a previous client using my art to promote any of the following concepts, then I have the right to blacklist that client and refuse contact with them: Racism, politics, homophobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.
