Policy

By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final once payment has been made. You may only cancel your commission if I have not yet started working on it. Refunds are only available during the sketching stage. If you are not satisfied with the sketch, you may request a refund at that time. However, once you approve the sketch and I move forward with the piece, no refunds will be issued.

Throughout the process, I will send work-in-progress updates to ensure you are satisfied before moving on to the next stage. If I do not receive a response from you within twenty-four hours, I will continue the commission without your input. Please let me know in advance if you anticipate being unable to respond within that timeframe. As a full-time student with personal obligations, my turnaround times may vary. I generally cannot accept rush requests, but if you have a specific deadline in mind, please inquire before we begin. In some cases, a rush fee may apply depending on the timeframe.

Clear and legible references are required for every commission. I will decline commissions if the reference images are shaded in a way that prevents accurate color picking, if they are uncolored, or if they are otherwise poorly drawn or difficult to interpret. If you are requesting a design based only on a written description without any visual references, additional charges will apply. I do not accept Picrew or similar generator images as valid references and will decline any commission based on them.

As a full-time student with personal obligations, my turnaround times may vary. I generally cannot take rush requests, but if you have a specific deadline in mind, please ask before we begin. A rush fee may apply depending on the timeframe. 

Copyright

My signature or logo must remain visible on the completed artwork. Removing it without my consent is a violation of copyright and may result in legal action. If you would like a transparent file of your commission, please request it before the artwork is finalized. Transparent files are available only for busts, half-bodies, and full-body commissions.

I no longer accept NSFW commissions or requests, and I kindly ask that you do not inquire about them. However, I am open to artistic nudity and tasteful or suggestive works for an additional fee of $40 USD.

Customs / Custom Characters / Character Raffles, etc. 

When you purchase a custom character, adopt one of my designs, or win a character raffle from my Toyhouse, ownership of that character is transferred to you. You may trade or resell the character in the future, and you are free to redesign or modify the design as you wish. However, I retain credit as the original artist and creator of the character.

Creating NSFW artwork with my designs is permitted only if both you and the character are over the age of eighteen. I do not condone the use of my designs by minors for NSFW purposes under any circumstances. Furthermore, my designs may not be used for immoral or harmful subjects, including but not limited to pedophilia, necrophilia, zoophilia, racism, Nazi imagery, cub art, or loli-con. While I cannot control what is done with a character after ownership is transferred, I do not condone such uses, and anyone found engaging in them will be permanently blacklisted from my socials and the wider art community.

Reselling my designs for more than the original purchase price is not permitted unless additional commissioned artwork has been added. You are welcome to edit colors or add new details to the design, but the original version must remain visible on your profile. For example, it can be stored in a tab on Toyhouse or on any social media platform you use. Under no circumstances may you draw directly over my artwork.

Shop Orders

All sales for shop items are final. Unlike commissions, shop purchases such as stickers, keychains, and other merchandise cannot be canceled once payment has been made. Standard shop items include flat-rate shipping costs, while custom buttons and custom badges require a personalized shipping quote, which I will provide through direct messages. Please note that badges and buttons are only available for shipping within the United States.

Every package comes with a tracking number for your convenience. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer under my control, and I cannot take responsibility for lost packages. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me directly so we can work together to find a solution.

I reserve the right to deny service, block or blacklist clients, or cancel an order if certain requirements are not met. Examples include failure to provide full payment, rude or inappropriate behavior, repeated requests for free items or products, or commission requests that make me uncomfortable. Please respect my time and energy.

On average, commissions are completed within two to three months. However, unexpected circumstances such as family emergencies or personal issues may cause delays. In these cases, I will communicate with you as soon as possible. I ask for your patience and understanding, as I am only one person and I strive to complete every order to the best of my ability.
