My thoughts of Lincoln Tower is that it is a place for Freshmen. For a place to socialize Lincoln Tower is perfect as you live with a bunch of people who are your age and going through similar experiences. As many people living at Lincoln Tower are going to be Freshmen they will be going through the same new experiences making everyone more opened to socialize and make friends. Everyday it's so fun to hangout with your roomates in the living room area watching movies, play video games, and play Poker. Also, the best gym on campus is really close to Lincoln Tower. This is a big advantage for me as it helps me be more motivated to go to the gym and exercise. However, there is no private space. Sometimes I get so tired as I'm constantly around so many people. Lincoln Tower is always loud and noisy so even when I want a quiet time by myself, its hard as I'm constantly surrounded by people. Another thing is Lincoln Tower is so far from classes. Usually it takes twenty minutes as all the classes are at North. This makes going to classes unmotivating and annoying. If I had to pick the worst thing about Lincoln Tower is that it is far from classes. College always feels like you don't have enough time as you have to socialize and study. Hence, the further your classes are the more time you have to spend walking to classes making it very uncomfortable. Also, since Lincoln Tower is so old that the facilite itself is lacking. The elevators are old and the dorms are not asthetically appealing. A lot of times the elevators buttons won't work making you press the button multiple times. The bathrooms are not good as students have to clean it and the stalls have big windows. Also, the shower stalls are small and has only two shower booths. Sometimes this is not enough so a lot of times I have to wait until others finish their showers. Even with these downsides, I would recomend living at Lincoln Tower if your a Freshmen because of the people you can meet. I beleive you will meet at least one friend who you will click with out of your twelve roommates/suitemates. There is no dorm like Lincoln Tower where you can live with twelve people. Overall, even Lincoln Tower has a bad reputation, it is a fun opportunity to meet good friends.
To expand on my personal experience I decided to interview my suitemate Sam because he lives at Lincoln Tower with me. As he may have a different perspective on Lincoln Tower, I decided to interview him!

Interview Transcript:
Kim: What are some advantages of living at Lincoln Tower?
Sam: We are very close to Morill Tower, which has a good dining hall and traditions. Also, we are close to RPAC, which is the best gym at Ohio State.
Kim: What are some downsides to living at Lincoln Tower?
Sam: All my classes are at least a ten-minute walk, which is really annoying and makes it hard to go to class, especially when it’s early, cold, or rainy.
Kim: Is there anything you’d like to share with someone who is going to live at Lincoln Tower? Any tips?
Sam: I would say that most people I know went into Lincoln Tower expecting not to have a great time, but personally, I think I’ve had the best time living here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I’ve met all my best friends in my room, and it was completely unexpected. So, just don’t expect the worst!
