1 to 1 Tutoring (Effective September 9, 2026)
Monthly Tuition: Tuition is charged monthly and reserves your child’s weekly tutoring time. Each session is 25 minutes. Tuition remains the same each month, regardless of the number of scheduled sessions in that particular month. Over the course of the school year, every student will receive the same total number of tutoring sessions. Due to holidays, some months may include 5 sessions, while others may include 3. It all balances out across the school year. Invoices will be sent during the last week of each month for the upcoming months tuition. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. If tuition has not been received by the 3rd day of the month, your tutoring time may be offered to a student on the waitlist. If space is still available, your child may re-enroll once payment is received. If you wish to withdraw from tutoring, we require written notice 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. All tuition is non-refundable. Attendance & Rescheduling: We understand that scheduling conflicts occasionally arise. Families may reschedule up to 2 tutoring sessions per semester (2 sessions for August-December and 2 sessions for January-May). A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to request a reschedule. Rescheduled sessions are subject to tutor availability and are not guaranteed. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows cannot be rescheduled or credited. If you choose to meet with your teacher online, you are required to ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet connection. Sessions will not be rescheduled due to student technical difficulties.
