Dr. S. Gokula Krishnan is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 16 years of teaching experience and four years in academic administration, currently serving as Professor and Domain Head – Analytics at Surana College (Autonomous), Bengaluru. His areas of expertise include Business and Data Analytics, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship, where he has made significant contributions through research supervision, curriculum innovation, and academic leadership. He is the Founder of Dr GK Analytics (Startup), SaGi & Co India, and the co-founder of Sree Krishnaa Stores (Retail Outlets) in Tamil Nadu. He has more than 17+ years of teaching and research experience and also 4+ years of Administrator as a HoD-MBA. He is presently serving as Member of Board of Studies (BoS), Centre for Online Programmes (MBA), Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgavi, India. 

A recognized PhD guide and examiner for multiple universities, Dr. Krishnan has supervised more than 300 MBA projects and adjudicated over 20 doctoral theses. His research interests focus on analytics adoption, employee engagement, AI in management, and sustainable business practices, resulting in over 20 publications in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals, as well as contributions to books and edited volumes with REST Publisher, IGI Global, and BPI.

Dr. Krishnan has delivered more than 75 invited lectures and FDPs on analytics and HR across India. He is proficient in advanced tools and methodologies, including Tableau, Power BI (DAX), R, Python, SPSS, AMOS, Jamovi, MS Excel, and KNIME, with specialized expertise in predictive analytics, sentiment analysis, structural equation modeling, and AI/ML applications in HR. His academic leadership extends to Board of Studies memberships, editorial boards, and conference organizations, earning him multiple Best Paper and Researcher Awards in recent years.
