The greatest gift my teaching career and research in Educational Technology has given me is, to witness 'non-learners' getting transformed into 'learners'! 

All these years, a hard-core teacher within me has always aimed for creating a learning-conducive environment; be a classroom or a computer-based simulation! 

I continue this journey to make learning a more engaging and enriching experience. My research area focuses on how Cognitive Principles and Learning Sciences can be applied effectively to enhance teaching, learning and educational practices that ultimately improve learning.
