My name is Masafumi Hattori (服部 真史).My research interests lie in Algebraic geometry, and working on K-stability and moduli theory. I am interested in geometric invariant theory, minimal model program, families of Calabi-Yau varieties, fibered surfaces.
I am currently a Research Associate at University of Nottingham working with Hamid Abban.
I obtained my Ph.D in May 2024 from Kyoto University under the supervision of Yuji Odaka. From then to February 2025, I was a JSPS Research Fellow (PD) at Kyoto University.
