Dr. Mariska Adams Cadogon is the creator of Cadogon Education Consultants birthed of her love of learning and unique teaching skillset that is able to reach children and adults alike. As the former director of academic support services via the Academic Learning Center at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Virginia, Dr. Cadogon had opportunities to pour into the lives of uniquely gifted young men as they navigated their middle and high school careers while making impactful decisions for the future. She has been a teacher of Biology and science department chairperson at George Washington High School, her alma mater, she also boasts an array of experience at the post-secondary level teaching of the sciences in the Virginia Community College System, National University, and Rasmussen University Online.

Dr. Cadogon is a proud graduate of Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Having enjoyed success lab research and middle school teaching, Dr. Cadogon launched a career in chiropractic and ancillary physical therapies by attending the New York College of Health Sciences where she earned her doctorate degree. For many years, Dr. Cadogon balanced careers in healthcare and education until deciding to take a master's degree at Liberty University making her a master of curriculum and instruction and eventually qualified to be an administrative school leader with a certification from Longwood University.
