Every job starts with a free diagnosis, so you'll know exactly what's wrong before agreeing to anything. Pricing depends on the issue and the parts needed — you'll get a clear quote before any work begins, no surprise charges after pickup.
Most repairs are done within 2–3 days; custom builds typically take 1–2 weeks depending on parts sourcing. Note that premium parts are imported and the shipment of these parts may be taken into consideration
Walk-ins are welcome during shop hours; message ahead for custom builds or larger jobs so we can plan for it.

Yes. Data is handled carefully during diagnosis and repair, and a confidentiality/NDA agreement/contract is available on request for any sensitive business, creative, or personal files.
You won't be charged for a repair that doesn't happen. If a part (like a drive) has physically failed, a data-recovery attempt is made first — success depends on the brand and condition of the component, but it's always worth trying before anything is written off.
Both — desktops, laptops, and custom builds of either. Networking (Wi-Fi, routers, printers) and CCTV setup and repair are also handled.
That's most of the job. Tell Shey what you'll be using it for — school, editing, gaming, running a business — and the build or repair gets tailored around that, not the other way around.
Ready to use. Accessories are sourced and included, software is installed and configured for your workload, and the machine is tested before it's handed over — pick it up or have it delivered and start working the same day.
Yes — reduced rates are available for students and non-profit organizations. Just mention it when reaching out.
Workmanship and parts are covered — if something's wrong with how a machine was built or repaired, that's on us to fix. Three things fall outside any warranty, because no build can be engineered to survive them:
Power problems from outside the machine. Voltage spikes, sags, or unstable input power (for example, unpredictable outlets) can damage components in a way no repair or build can prevent. Using a proper AVR, surge protector, or correctly-rated UPS avoids this entirely — it's a cheap habit that protects an expensive one.
Impact and environmental damage. Drops, shocks, vibration, or being left somewhere it can overheat — a hot car, a bag strapped to a motorcycle on a rough ride — are outside normal use, and outside what any warranty can cover.
Liquid or particle contamination. Spills, dust intrusion, or anything getting inside the unit voids coverage from that point on. Basic care — no drinks near the machine, occasional cleaning to prevent buildup — keeps this from ever being an issue.
Everything else — if it's a fair build or repair issue — is covered.
