Understanding molecular mechanism behind heterocyst differentiation in cyanobacteria
However, given the expertise and technical understanding, we are open for any kind of collaborations in the field of DNA barcoding, genetic diversity and population genetic structure estimation, gene expression analysis and validation via Reverse transcriptase quantitative PCR, 2D gel electrophoresis, etc.
