Backstage Etiquite

Dance Recitals are lots of fun!!  We want all of our dancers to have a wonderful experience.  Here are a few "Behind the Scene" reminders to make the day go more smoothly:

•  Label all of your belongings!  Most shoes and costumes have tags inside to wrtite your name or initials on

• No eating or drinking (besides water)  while wearing costumes.  

  • Put a shirt or coverup over to eat while in costume.

• While waiting to perform in the wings (Shows A, B and C) or on the sides of the stage (Show D) please whisper or keep talking to a minimum to allow the dancers performing to do their best and hear their music

• Please clap for all other performers!

• Check that you have your socks (Little Feet/Mini Stars/Shining Stars classes) or tights (all other classes). If you did not receive them or need any, we will have them for you at the performance. 

• Bring extra bobby pins for your hairpieces.

• Clean up any trash you have before leaving the dressing ares.
