My teaching draws on both organizational theory and direct industry experience.

Before entering academia, I worked as a startup project leader and also worked at strategic consulting firm. This, I bring that experience into the classroom through cases that connect theoretical frameworks to decisions firms actually face. I have taught across undergraduate, evening MBA, and industry-partnership programs, and I have found that the students who engage most deeply are those who are pushed to apply frameworks to situations where the right answer is genuinely unclear.
