Hi, 

I am Doyoon Kim, Assistant Professor at Yonsei University - Mirae Campus, Division of Business Administration.

My research has been published in journals such as Industrial and Corporate Change, SAGE Open, PLoS One, Asian Business & Management, and so on. 

My academic interests focus on organization theory, technology management, accidents, crisis, and recovery, startups, and entrepreneurship.

This might seem like doing a bit of everything but I'm interested with the unintended consequences of organizations, exploring why things don't go as planned across various contexts. 

Additionally, I'm inspired by Isaiah 50:4, which emphasizes uplifting others through words and knowledge, I strive to create and share insights that benefit society. 

As a scholar, I am committed to supporting students, colleagues, and the academic community while contributing to Korea and the global society.
