I offer a 15 minute introduction session where we can decide if counselling with me would be a benefit to you. There is no charge for this initial fithteen minutes. Then In our first session we will discuss the length of contract which is usually reviewed every six to eight sessions.
I advise that sessions are consistent hereafter whenever possible however there may be times when sickness and unforeseen circumstances disrupts this. To get the best out of Counselling, sessions should be on a weekly or two weeks intervals to help the therapy be consistent.
