A: Battle Pass is a feature introduced in version 1.7.43 where you can claim additional rewards based on points you earn in daily missions. Rewards are earned in Seasons that last 27 days, and the timer starts the first time a player opens battle pass. There are free rewards (right column) and paid rewards (left column) which are awarded if you buy a Battle Pass ticket, once per season, which costs $20 in the US.

A: Sometimes the app loses track of how many times a player has done an event in a day, and may say that there are still attempts remaining. However, the back-end server keeps track accurately, and if it detects extra attempts it will return the "File Error". The message itself is not self-explanatory but that's what it means, and it goes away after the daily reset.

A: New drone drops were completely removed from the game as of version 1.7.21. Players that already have drones can still use them, but nobody can get new ones. Although standard missiles aren't great by themselves, they become very powerful combined with the Rattlesnake buff.

A: You unlock and upgrade fighters by using fighter shards. Those come from equipment chests (standard, super and x10) and for inferno specifically, through the daily mission. As of version 1.7.20, the requirements for each fighter star level are: 10/20/40/60/80/100/??

A: Like equipment, the best fighter is the one you can upgrade the most via a large number of shards. For most starting players, this means inferno since the daily mission ensures that you can get a minimum of one shard per day. After inferno, players usually progress to rattlesnake or nightwing, and ultimately to phantom or syren (or conqueror which requires money investment).

A: Um, no. Developers are known to ban players that hack to gain unfair advantage. Read this wiki thoroughly, ask questions on the Discord and maybe message a friendly advanced player there and you'll know everything you need to know.

A: Players are split on this one. Ad-Free in Wing Fighter is more expensive than in most other games, but if you can afford it and play the game seriously, it saves a lot of time and avoids bugs associated with ads. You don't get any special advantages other than skip all the ad watching. That gives you 10 chests, a revival, extra upgrades, 300 stars every time you dock in Endless mode, 50 energy refills, and more every day. It does add up.

A: As of version 1.7.19, your progress and supplies are saved to your Play Store/App Store profile, so you can (almost) seamlessly switch devices and keep playing. On Android, if you switch devices you have to re-embed gems and re-select difficulty in Events, otherwise the switch is effortless. There is no way to transfer game status from Android to iPhone or vise-versa.

The build is very simplistic, details are limited, play features are limited (not considering the TIE Advanced. Two ships in one set is one of the ultimate play features), and those nacelles.
