For about a year now, my computer has had issues staying connect to the wifi. It will detect that the wifi I'm supposed to be connected to but can't connect. I can force it to reconnect by going network settings > change adapter options > diagnose on the wifi I'm disconnecting from. After doing this it will tell me there was a problem with the wireless adapter, that it reconfigured the driver and it has been fixed.

Thanks for your help. I now have all the chipset drivers and the network drivers installed. I am able to get on the internet. The problem I have left is that I cannot scroll with the touchpad drivers. I installed the ones from support.dell.com, but they don't allow me to scroll. Any suggestions? And thanks for helping.
