Hi, I have a similar issue with some rasters I shared online. I have a series of 11 rasters that I shared as a web layer and all have the same tiling scheme / visibility settings but some of them when I zoom in or out, the image disappears even though I am still within the visibility range. I am not sure what would be the issue.

I use zoom (Web SDK version 2.9.7) in browser between to 2 laptops and I am trying to achieve quality 720p , but got only 640p.

I accepted all requirements that is described in documentation:

The same situation when I tried other zoom apps (got only 640p max), it seems to me that is a problem with my zoom account. I have switched on a Group HD video. Maybe are there any settings?
