First what happens on my personal laptop, it's a Lenovo Legion Pro, W11, and I hooked up one screen on HDMI and one on DisplayPort. As soon as I land on the video page, not even clicked play, my screens turns black, the laptop freezes, ctrl-alt-del doesn't work so I can't stop programs nor browsers. I literally need to turn off the laptop by holding the on/off button.

But what if I have an iphone but want to upload the .mov files from it up to my laptop that is a Windows 10 (not mac)? I try using google drive or dropbox and both take FOREVER for even a 1 minute video......and we have a number of videos much longer than 1 minute (some in the 10-20 minute range). Can I use USB from iphone to windows laptop is the bottom line?

when clicking on the button that shows the course section list (Next to overview) i get some performance issues. its nearly impossible to scroll through the list because of extreme lag.

im using my notebook for udemy because its easier to watch the lectures on one separate screen while running unreal on my pc. but my notebook should be powerful enough for a webbrowser ;). looks like there is a lot of javascript running in the background running. processor is at 3ghz but only about 50% load on 1 core.

I noticed that the first time after opening the browser I visit udemy and start playing videos it works well. After a while it starts slowing down and becomes sluggish playing videos in 3 second steps as if it is buffering. Opening a new tab and trying other websites with videos such as youtube work perfectly.

I would say this is an Apple issue as when I unplugged the second monitor then I could see the video not sure what that has to do with anything but it worked and I am not happy that I would need to unplug a monitor just to view videos. I am sure my windows laptop I would have no issue with this. So Apple need an update on this.

I first started getting this issue on udemy site. There the course videos which are encrypted by DRM Widevine were not playing. Then I contacted the support staff of udemy, Did all the troubleshooting methods they suggested but nothing worked. They asked me to check if the problem is only with their site or other sites as well which uses DRM encryption i.e ott platforms like netflix, prime, voot, etc. I checked voot.com , there too I got the same problem , Whenever I tried to play any video on voot , it just shows blackscreen and error message.

I m not able to figure out whats wrong here. Is it because of some hardware issue or something?? Can anyone please help me out with this. I m badly stuck in this problem. Can't continue with my udemy courses now.
