I have a uccx script that is our main menu. I have a very small number of callers that get disconnected as soon as I transfer them with the Call Redirect Step. The call redirect step returns Successful and the script exits normally. However, the call is disconnected and doesn't seem to actually transfer. We get no indication in any logs that it is ever transferred to the requested extension or the call queue or to the other scripts.

i have windows 10 64 bit and i installed sdk 4.10 and thats connection with uccx is successfuly but when i open wallboard in my browser it shows this error please help me.

Ensure that you know the uccxhruser password, if not reset it in UCCX. This password only affects external wallboards. DO NOT USE SPECIAL CHARACTERS! Then, for the UCCXTeamID will be a number. I have four teams total, the default, and three others. My last team-id is 6. That you may need to play with as it seems the team-id increments by 2 in between the teams. 006ab0faaa
