Also before I begin. I was able to catch a few preview of the season 4 premiere episode of Shameless before it comes out on Sunday, January 12th. That being said, I am ready to review it but I want to give everyone a chance to at least watch it. You will see my review posted on Monday. I will not be including who plays each character, if you want to know this, please check out IMDB.

All and all a very wonderfully rounded cast and the chemistry off of the couples they want to make are definitely there and all of their stories are very well written to interact with each other. I am a huge fan of this show now and I am waiting and waiting for season 3 to come in at my library so I can watch it.

I am waiting and waiting for season three of Merlin and I really hope it gets here soon because I want to get all caught up. I want to be able to watch the latest season during the actual show. I may add it to my live tweet shows (I have a list on my Twitter page). Either way, my rating for this show is 10 out of 10. Much love and I really have no complaints for this show.

This second episode was far more effective and action-packed than the first. Guinevere proves herself less hard-hearted than we expected, admitting to Gaius that she will not kill Sefa but use her to lure her father to Camelot since he is the real threat. In this strategy, Guinevere is successful. The father manages to free Sefa but is wounded in the process and although they escape from Camelot, he dies immediately after while Sefa flees. I suspect Sefa will show up in a later episode this season.

As usual, there was plenty of repartee between Merlin and Arthur. The series is worth watching if only to watch the interaction between these two characters. Colin Morgan is a fabulous actor and his character really came into his own at the end of last season when he openly demonstrated his magic to Agravaine. Bradley James also plays his somewhat stuck-up Arthur quite well. These two characters did not disappoint at all.

Merlin, the popular King Arthur fantasy show, came to an end in 2012 after five seasons. The show seemingly had no hope for a renewal. The cast has gone on to star in other projects like The Fall, Damien, and even the upcoming John Wick prequel series. Although the talented actors had no shortage of other movies and shows for fans to follow, the audience of Merlin was crushed to hear the news of the cancellation, as were the members of the cast.

With the fanbase so devoted, there is always the possibility for Merlin to join the ranks of those old TV shows that are now getting a second chance with a reboot. If fans continue to enjoy the IP and continue to create their own fiction based on the show's canon, the possibility grows for it to become a viable choice for a remake. Even now, fans continue to dream up new storylines for the show. And they are still creating a healthy flow of fan art and screenplays. Those that enjoy the old tale of King Arthur and the story the show Merlin tells might have something to gain from seeing a new season of the show in this day and age.

Originally aired on BBC, Merlin has been picking up steam with American audiences. Season 3 averaged 1.9 million viewers an episode for Syfy, an increase of 12 percent over the previous season. Season 4 begins airing in the UK in the fall. ff782bc1db
