I don't know if it is important but there was a folder in the randomizer files called archive, inside was a file with a jibberish name, this folder crashes my switch when I load the randoizer so I removed it from my sd card

Switching to a custom ROM, or switching between two custom ROMs, is definitely something that's not for the faint of heart. Things can go wrong in the process, or you might skip a step or two, causing you to lose all of your important data in the process. Luckily, there are apps that aim to help you through this process, like Titanium Backup, but they're not completely straightforward. If you want something that completely guides you through the process, then Migrate is the app for you.

Just like other backup apps, Migrate backs up your app data, APK files, permissions, call logs, messages, and more, but the app also goes to great lengths to ensure a friendly experience throughout the whole switching process. The application allows you to:

But of course, if you do plan on installing a custom ROM or switching from a current ROM to a different one, follow our guide below to see the best way to go about it without losing an ounce of system/user data in the process. The process for doing both of those things is pretty much the same.

Your Nintendo Switch can now be turned into a better, more versatile device with an Android OS port. The folks over at XDA have made an unofficial build of popular custom rom LineageOS 15.1 which should get you stock android with a couple of additional features on your Switch.

As far as its hardware is concerned, the Nintendo Switch is like an Android tablet, one that runs on an NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor. No surprise, then, that the Android ROM being pushed on XDA by a group called switchroot is based on the LineageOS for the NVIDIA Shield TV. The three directories listed above will always be available on the battlefield, allowing players to build more successful strategies. In addition, if the Pokmon fails, the player can retreat, surrender, or switch Pokmon to continue battling.
